Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Process:

• Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for the (excluding holidays and weekends) refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item(s) following the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
